About Us

At our studio, passion and progression move together in perfect rhythm. We believe that dance is more than technique - It’s a journey of growth, creativity, and self-discovery. Every dancer who walks through our door is valued as an individual, encouraged to express their unique voice through movement while developing strong technical foundations.
Our dedicated instructors nature both artistry and discipline, inspiring dancers to challenge themselves while celebrating their own pace and personal achievements. Whether you're dancing for joy, growth, or performance, our studio is a place where passion drives progress, and progress deepens passion-one step, one turn, one leap at a time.
Meet Our Staff

Erin Rich
Hi I’m Erin Rich, the owner and I am honored to call this place my home away from home. Dance has been a part of my life longer than I can remember and since I was a little girl. I also was lucky enough to assist and teach choreography at a very young age. I did studio dancing all growing up, junior high cheer, and drill all 3 years of high school where I continued my education and dancing on the Weber State spirit squad-winning multiple awards, overalls, state championships and you know what the best part to me is..? The relationships I made along the way, the life lessons I learned, and the hard work that was put in. What I’ve learned all these years is exactly what I strive to teach here at an early age. If I’m not loving on one of your dancers, you can usually find me with my supportive husband and our four kiddos. I adore being a mom and having my own little dancer in this program makes it all mean that much more. I still pinch myself that this is what I get to do.

Brooke Weddington
Hi! My name is Brooke and this is my 7th season at Vibe and my second season as a Competition Director. I have been dancing for 21 years and have been teaching for the last 7. Dance is my passion and has been since I can remember. I trained in Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary and Jazz. I was a captain of the Davis High Drill Team and loved every second of it! Jazz and Contemporary are my favorite styles to teach and this year I am expanding into hip hop! I love teaching and sharing my love for dance with all my students. Watching my dancers become confident, kind, and talented humans is the best part of my job. In addition to teaching at Vibe, I am a Practice Manger for a Cosmetic Surgeon in cottonwood heights. I love my job and love seeing my patients become more confident just like my dancers! When I am not working I am spending time with my husband Ty (usually on the golf course), family, friends, or traveling! Vibe is the best environment and I am so lucky to be apart of the Vibe fam!

Courtney Bowthorpe
Hi! I’m courtney, I’ve been with Vibe Dance Studio for 4 years. This is my 2nd year being the Recital Director. I’ve been a competitive dancer since I was 3 years old! I was on the drill team for 3 years and ended as the president of the team. It was the best experience. My heart is with teaching littles but I also love my competition girls! I’ve developed our Mini comp program and that is my passion. Seeing my students grow into confident and beautiful girls is the most rewarding part of this job. You can always catch me on the dance floor of a party. I like to have a good time. When i’m not teaching your cute kids, i’m probably doing videography or photography! I also love traveling with my husband Mason (most likely somewhere with a beach) I enjoy being creative and giving my all for everything I do. I like to be a leader and strive to be a role model. I love spending my weeks with your dancers and i’m grateful for everything they teach me!

Lexi Nikole
Hi!
My name is Lexi Nikole and this is my second season at Vibe I couldn’t be more excited. I have been dancing since I was two years old! Dance has always been my rock and one of my greatest accomplishments in life. I have been trained in jazz, contemporary, tap, ballet, and hip hop but contemporary will forever hold a special place in my heart. I am originally from a small town in Northern California but moved to Utah in May of 2023. I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's degree in Educational Studies. I have always been passionate about dance and teaching and I am excited to be able to combine those two passions at Vibe. When not teaching at Vibe, I am the VP of Operations for an IT company located in Centerville where we specialize in senior housing. I have so much love for this job and being able to watch my employees blossom and grow as well as watch our customers thrive and create incredible homes for seniors. Outside of IT and Dance, you can probably catch me on the golf course with my friends or playing with my English bulldog Lady who is my pride and joy and is the sassiest little girl. I am honored and excited to be a part of the Vibe family.

Paige Lee
Hi everyone! My name is Paige Lee, I am 21 years old from Southern Utah, and I am the tumbling director here at VIBE! I have 18 years of tumbling experience and 6 years as a coach. After a decade doing gymnastics, I started my journey in cheerleading where I then I cheered all throughout high school and Allstar. I signed at Navarro College and cheered two seasons, winning an NCA title before transferring to Weber State University and helping earn another Grand NCA title. My passion for tumbling and performance has now grown into a love for coaching and inspiring the next generation of athletes.

Kim Dille
Hi I’m Kim Dille, I have been dancing since I was 3 but not competitive until Highschool. I was on Drill team for three years and was the President my senior year. I then danced at Weber State for four years. I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education and taught 2nd grade for four years. I was fortunate to have two of the best coaches who instilled hard work and discipline and who always believed in me while having fun along the way. That is my motto now and I absolutely love teaching! I love noticing children’s strengths but helping them overcome their weaknesses and believing in themselves. I’m so proud of my sister Erin (The owner) for the Vibe that is here. Teaching the skills to be a successful dancer but also more importantly a better, kinder, hard working person who believe in themselves and can work as a team. I love anything outdoors, I love people and good conversation, I love to party, and I love cookies and chocolate. My favorite title is “Mom” to my three kids. They are my world and my daughter dances here too! My husband is Brett and I adore him as well, because of his hard work I get to do what I love!!
